One of those designers I have on the top of my list is
Terry Fox of the UK who has been designing vintage/storybook looks for as long as I can remember. Her peice de resistance is the corset paired up with big skirts in either tulle and lace or taffeta and satin. Add a certain shabby chic vintage influence seen here and you get a very original Boho look she's always made her own . Terry isn't limited though.
